Responding to contact requests and quote requests
Performing training agreements (registration, communication, certification)
Sending invoices and processing payments

Performance of an agreement: for training registrations and consultancy agreements

DAMA International, for CDMP exam registration and certificate issuance (for CDMP trainings)

6. Retention periods

Contact form data: maximum 1 year after last contact
Training registrations: 2 years after completion (or longer if needed for certification verification)
Invoice data: 7 years (legal retention obligation)
Website analytics: maximum 26 months
