After completion, you receive the internationally recognised CBCM certificate and are able to apply conceptual modelling structurally within your organisation.

In this training you work on realistic business cases and learn how to build up an Ensemble Logical Model step by step. You learn to work with all six ELM artefacts, such as the CBC List, CBC Canvas and NBR Matrix, and practise in interactive sessions how to go from analysis to communication and implementation.
